Return and Refund Policy

Our return and refund policies differ depending on where you purchased your Sensic products. We can only accept returns for items purchased directly from us on gosensic.com. For purchases made at an authorized reseller, please contact the distributor to arrange a return.



Refunding Fee FREE
Cancellation Period You have 30 days to return the product(s) from the date it was received, based on our tracking records.
Damage Fee We may apply a damage fee based on the condition of the goods and returned parts and overall packaging at the time we received them.
Conditions of Product Eligible for Return
  • Product(s) are returned in the original condition and packaging
  • The package should be complete with all included parts
  • Goods are completely disassembled
Conditions of Refund
  • Goods are received into our warehouse within 30 days of reporting the return.
  • Sensic is not responsible for return(s) that are lost or damaged in transit or rejected because it was sent to the wrong address.
  • Returns that do not meet eligibility conditions may result In refund delays or the product(s) to be shipped back at you.
Mark Please mark the goods as “Returned product(s)”. This will allow us to process the return faster.
  • Initiated within 7 working days after the returned goods pass our inspection.
  • Refunds will be done via the same payment method used for your original purchase


Sensic Authorized Reseller

If you purchased a Sensic product from one of our resellers:

  • You should contact the retailer from which the product was purchased for their return and refund policy
  • If you think the Sensic product is not functioning properly you can always contact customer support for assistance
