Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between an affiliate and a partner?+

Affiliates receive a creator discount, an audience code and 8% commission. Partners work more closely with Sensic, can receive selected products and launches, and earn 10% commission.

What are the partner requirements?+

We generally look for at least 1,000 followers on Twitch or YouTube, 100 streaming hours in the past three months and an average of around 50 viewers. Meeting these guidelines does not guarantee acceptance.

Can an affiliate become a partner?+

Yes. We review active affiliates regularly. Consistent, useful content and good audience engagement can lead to a partner invitation.

How and when are commissions paid?+

Approved commissions are paid monthly. There is no minimum payout threshold.

How long does the program last?+

Affiliate and partner periods generally start with a three-month term. We review results and fit before extending the collaboration.

What happens after I apply?+

Our team reviews your channel and application. If there is a fit, we will contact you by email with the next steps and program details.
